As of June 14th there are 155 homes under contract in Lawrence, Ks. Out of these homes there are 2 condos, 30 townhomes, 4 lots and 119 single family homes.

The average list price of the homes are $199,477 and the average days on market were 81. The highest price home that went under contract was $875,000 and longest home on the market 1499.

Even with the tax credit ending and the market slowing a little and the expectation is that the next 3 quarters will be slower than what we saw in sales for 2009.
